Happy Wanderers Group Volksmarchs 5/10 Km - Cocoa Beach

Join the Happy Wanderers for these AVA-sanctioned 5 km (3.1 miles) or 10 km (6.2 miles) group walks in Cocoa Beach, FL. Walk includes the beach, local neighborhoods and parks - including the Lori Wilson Park nature paths. The walk is rated 1C due to the beach section, which is not suitable for wheelchairs.

This location is about 75 minutes drive from the Daytona Beach area. From I-95 traveling South, take exit #205A east onto SR528. Travel east on SR528 which turns into A1A. Continue traveling south on A1A to start point. The Courtyard by Marriott is on left side (ocean side) of A1A, approximately 0.5 miles south of the SR520 intersection.

You may walk with the group or at your own pace. Maps and Directions are provided for the trails. Registration starts 30 minutes prior and the cost is $4.00 for participants 12yrs old or older. Children to be accompanied by an adult. Volksmarchers will receive IVV/AVA credit for this event.
