Lets walk most of the tracks in Seven Hills on a regular (weekly) evening track walk. This walk is suitable for all walkers, just adjust your pack weight to suit your fitness/experience. We'll take it at a moderate pace but stop as needed for everyone to catch up.

Dogs on lead are welcome.

What to bring -

* A GOOD BRIGHT HEADLAMP
* Good supportive closed-in walking shoes preferably with good GRIP as the track has loose gravel in parts
* WATER bottle/ hydration backpack
* backpack with some weigh ( a couple of kgs for beginners ) - suggest use water as weight so you can empty some if needed.

Mossie repellent

-Rain jacket/Something warm( depending on weather)
