Class Content:

1. Self-vibration to ignite more fresh energetic charges
2. Practice 5-Element Qigong Form according to the season
3. Practice 1 out of 3 optional QiGong Forms consisted of standing poses, visualizations, slow movements, breathing, and healing sounds for organs
4. Standing cultivation on the 3 Dantians (Elixir Field - Energy Center) of the body, or Power Cleanse/Recharge/Upgrade of the whole being, or a guided blissful moving meditation
5. Closing and Qi Returning.

2. Other certified instructors

Dress Code:

1. Loose clothes
2. No or minimum accessories
3. Light weight flat shoes for maximum Qi/Chi/Bioenergy flow and best rooting.
4. No heels or slippers

Tuition:

1. People with financial hardship: Any amount
2. Otherwise: $15 per class, $125 for 10 classes, or $85 per month with unlimited classes

Capacity:

1. Indoor class: Currently up to 10 people with safe distances
2. Google Meet Class: Up to 40 people
