A Morning of Mindful Meditation

Details

Join us for a morning of guided meditation and mindfulness to cultivate inner peace!

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. We invite you to come as you are, without any expectations or judgments, and to embrace the present moment with a sense of curiosity and openness.

We invite you to bring a cushion or blanket to sit on, and wear comfortable clothing. Chairs will be available as well. Masks are encouraged, but not required.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a peaceful and supportive environment. We look forward to seeing you there!

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Location

CoLab Coworking

915 Broadway St #100,

Arrival Instructions

  • Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, as we will start promptly at 10:30 AM
  • If you arrive late, we will do a "LAST CALL!" for guests at around 10:45 AM. If the "Harmony Sangha" sign is still outside, this means we haven't done last call yet - please wait patiently until we open the door.
  • Limited parking is available at CoLab, but there is plenty of free, public parking in the nearby area.
  • When you arrive, walk to the side door (you will see a sandwich board that says, "Harmony Sangha")
  • If you don't see anyone at the door, just wait a couple minutes as we're likely helping other people get inside
