Please note: Unlike the Vancouver WA based event space, only chairs are provided at this event, so please bring your own pad, seat, or whatever you'd like to sit on other than the carpeted floor.
Join us for a morning of guided meditation and mindfulness to cultivate inner peace!
Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all. We invite you to come as you are, without any expectations or judgments, and to embrace the present moment with a sense of curiosity and openness. There is no dharma talk, and the meditation is not guided.

Arrival Instructions
- Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, as we will start promptly at 10:30 AM
- When you arrive, enter the main door up the ramp, and once inside head to the left far corner and look for a door with a "Harmony Sangha" sign. Come on in.
