9 to 9.10am warm up

9.10 to 10am:
1/2 Court drills for beginners.
1/2 Court own bumping around for experienced players

10 to 10.30am & Beyond ++:
Game play

TRAINER:

Teen Player who is passionate to share and promote the team sport.

FEE per pax
RM50 a month for min 4x a week.
OR
RM15 per session
to cover court booking, equipment, getting participants etc
