In honor of ODIN! The Allfather, the High One, Chieftain of the Gods.

Schedule:

10:00 – Arrival. It would be nice if people actually started arriving at this time,rather than right before the ritual starts. It allows some time for socializing, catching up, and settling in before the ritual begins at 11:00.

11:00 – Opening rite. Welcoming and warding of the space.

11:15 - Land wight offering. It is critical to acknowledge our unseen but often felt neighbors that we share the land with.

11:30 - Offering to the Norns. We honor the three sister fates and seek their wisdom and counsel, in our relationship to the runes. A group rune draw will be conducted, and tallied.

12:00 - Blot to Odin. The primary purpose of our gathering; to honor Odin. (Snacks should be available between Blot and the next activity).

1:30 - Activity. Participation in the activity is not mandatory, but if you choose not to participate please ensure that you are somewhere where you will not be a distraction.

3:00 – Feast preparation. This includes setting of the tables as well as food prep.For those who don’t require this much prep time it is a time when you can help those who do, or simply socialize prior to feast. Also HHBD meeting.

4:30 – Holy Feast. We share a meal with each other, and the deity of the day.

5:30 – Cleanup. A group activity.

6:00 – Sumble. A holy rite that everyone is strongly encouraged to participate in.

Closing rite – Immediately following Sumble.
