What we’re about

Do you like Hard rock, metalcore, or pretty much anything with heavy guitars and breakdowns? Like getting strong and burning fat too? do it all at once!

My name's Jose, I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I always struggle to find people people that enjoy the same vocals and heavy guitar like I do too.
My goal for the group is to provide an effective and fun workout to those in attendance to the tune of our favorite hard rock songs!

It'll be fun! you should come.

Workouts will last 30-60min (depending on majority rules and needs) Equipment will be provided (Being a yoga mat)
These meet ups will be hosted outdoors and are subject to weather. All exercises will have progressions and regressions depending on people in attendance.

Hard rock is defined as anything that's alternative in nature, think, August Burns Red, The Devil Wears Prada, Three Days Grace, Dance Gavin Dance, and Linkin Park to name a few.

Song requests for the following weeks session will be considered!
