Sound Bath with Reiki

Join me every Monday evening at 7pm to experience an immersive full body meditation with Reiki and crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments to balance and restore the body and mind. This one hour experience will start with a short guided meditation & Reiki to ground and bring you inward, followed by plenty of time to get lost in the angelic sound of the bowls, and ending with chime and a poem. This is a great way to take time out of the busy day to honor yourself.
