Ideal for strengthening the body's immune system, improving blood circulation, and overall mental and physical health. Everyone can realize benefits in this practice, regardless of experience or fitness level.
Celeste Montgomery is certified in Supreme Science Level One Qi Gong. Introduced to Qi Gong in 2017, she began practicing daily and experienced immediate benefits, including release and clearing of stress and emotional trauma, calmness and improved clarity of mind, easing of joint pain, and a greater sensitivity to energy and spirit realms. These experiences motivate her to share this deeply profound practice with others through teaching.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Masks are not required, that is left up to individual preference.
