7pm Friday Sound Healing w/ Reiki (by donation)

**This session is for Friday night**

Hi! I'm Mariah, a sound healer and reiki practitioner, and this healing session is a lovely combination of sound and reiki. I move around the room playing various instruments and sharing non-touch reiki with all participants.

Please arrive up to 30 minutes early to make yourself comfortable, and aim to be settled by 7pm. The session starts promptly at 7pm; doors are locked at 7 and late arrivals will not be able to join.

We have plenty of props to support your comfort. You can sit or lie down on our soft floor. We have chairs available for anyone who prefers to sit off the floor. You're welcome to bring anything to make yourself more comfortable. Yoga mats are good to have, but not necessary.

Let me know if you have any sensitivities to burning Palo Santo or sage.

No-Show policy - if you reserve a spot and don't show up, or if you cancel with less than 2 hours before the session starts, it will count toward the maximum of 3 no-shows allowed. After a third no-show, you will be removed from the group.
