Sound Bath Healing Meditation - Donation Based

Sound Healing Every Saturday 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Donation Based. First Come First Serve. Doors Open 11:45am. Blankets and pillows provided. Bring an Eye Mask if you'd like to. *If you are more than 10-15 min late please come next time* (Doors may or may not be closed at 12:10pm).

Class description: Class begins with sage / palo santo energy cleanse. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Breathwork and/or a short guided meditation to relax the body. Sounds consist of bowls, chimes and drums as well as other healing instruments. Class ends with approximately 7-10min to come out of the meditation gently.

This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give your body the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration.
