ITINERARY - Trip #28
Space is Limited!!!
NOTE: this itinerary for trip #28 is planned for maximum fun from the experience gained from the prior 27 trips :-)

• Friday: Get there as early as you can. Food / Cooking Party. Feel like cooking? go for it, else do takeout, mingle and relax and get to know everyone.

• Fri - Orientation party. Then optional Night Walk. Enjoy an evening walk in the hills of PA. See the stars/moon on a dark night.
Fri: Dance Party: Music, talk, mingle.

• Sat Morning: Breakfast get together. We have a full kitchen. Please bring/pack your breakfast (so we are not wasting valuable daylight waiting to get served at a restaurant). You can surely go to town for breakfast as long as you can meet the rest of the day's schedule.

• Sat - After Breakfast: Rejuvenate, Relax & Center your mind with Optional Guided Meditation (approx. 20-25 min).

• Sat Afternoon: Hike. Easy / Medium (you pick). in the beautiful surroundings in the Mtns of PA. Hike location picked on Fri based on Popular opinion.

• Picnic Lunch: Sandwiches etc - Pick them up prior to Hike. Could be purchased from the town before the start of the hike - or you can bring it from home.

• Sat Evening - FIREPLACE: Return from the hike, relax, Coffee/Tea/Wine/Beer break. WARM UP by the indoor FIREPLACE.

• Sat Dinner: Depending on popular opinion, in the past, we mostly BBQ'd. If you wish, you can surely pickup what ever you desire to eat from the town.

• Sat Night - BONFIRE: House Party!!! Games, Party, Dance, Music, Sing or play your musical instrument.

• Sun Morning: Breakfast get together

• Sun Afternoon: Hike / Explore nearby area

• Sun Lunch: Optional Lunch at nearby Diner or Picnic spot.

• Return Sun evening.

COST:
$78 per night = TOTAL $156 (for Two nights) - House Shared Rent.

Rent is non-refundable, and ID would be required to validate identity.

Space is limited!!! We need to receive full amount ($156) to confirm your spot, which will be filled on a first come first serve basis. An RSVP on the meetup site does not hold the spot. Priority would be given to past attendees.

Car-Pool:
Please post if you will need a ride or are driving ... we will finalize car-pools closer to the event.

# Food: We have full kitchen. Feel free to bring your food, buy from PA (not expensive at all) or cook. We might do communal cooking or BBQ Fri / Sat. You are surely welcome to join.

This is an event organized for our friends to get together and socialize. We are not professional hikers or professional organizers. You are welcome to join us but before you attend you must familiarize yourself with the risks associated with this type of activity.

Liability Waiver

Hiking or outdoor activities have inherent risks. Your participation in our hikes or other events could be dangerous and can result in serious injury, medical emergency, even death. It is your responsibility to learn the trails and to follow the group so you do not get detached from the group. Make yourself aware of your surroundings and trail conditions at all times. You agree to participate in these events completely at your own risk and to take full responsibility for your own safety and well being, including those of your guests. You agree not to hold the Organizer, Co-Organizer, Assistant Organizers, Event Organizer, Event Hosts, Hike Leader or any other members responsible for any injuries, mishaps, or any other situation that may happen at a planned event. Your attendance at the event signifies that you have read and accept the terms of this liability waiver.
