What we’re about
This is an ongoing community group that will typically take place once every 3 or 4 weeks, typically on Sunday in the early evening. We will meet in a variety of outdoor locations within San Diego and nearby surrounding areas, which may include places such as Mission Trails, Lake Murray, Mission Bay, and various beaches. The duration of the walk will be around 30 minutes with a 15-20 minute guided meditation and 15 minutes or so at the end for discussion as well. This group is intended for all ages of adults 18+.
Come join us for a beautiful, mindful and contemplative walk in nature, including a group meditation shared by Nicole, followed by uplifting and inspiring discussions on a variety of open-ended spiritual topics. All religions and spiritual paths are welcome, with the core focus being on aligning with one's "Heart Light" and embracing one's heart qualities. We may also end with tea/coffee and cookies. Examples of discussion topics may include how the magic of connecting to heart qualities such as gratitude, love, and peace can help to transform one's entire life, while also blessing others as well.
The more we are able to see life through the lens of "Heart Light Magic," this may bring greater joy and appreciation into one's current life circumstances while also attracting in additional blessings as well. Each month’s discussion will be an opportunity to connect to our "Heart Light" while also moving toward creating the life of our dreams, one step at a time. Your presence will be greatly appreciated as we support and uplift each other through this process!
