& creative expression through community, the Hummingbird in the Mayan Cosmovision, our oldest grandparents the Elements, sahumerio (herbal smoke cleanse), sacred plant teachers, breathwork, music, singing, movement, just feel the powerful heart opening connection of the spirit of the plants and our ancestors.
