What we’re about
This group warmly welcomes anyone interested in experiencing, learning about and exploring Reiki and other energy healing approaches for self-discovery, greater well-being, inner peace and a more peaceful world. Bring your open mind and open heart. Connect with like-minded, and like-hearted people in a supportive community. In addition to Reiki classes and events, we host offerings such as vibrational/sound healing, breathwork, meditation, movement, energy healing workshops and bookclub. Meetups that are in-person are held at Peace Bridge Reiki, located on the walking mall in downtown Helena. Meetup currently shows some event offerings. Reiki practitioners of all lineages and levels are welcome to a monthly online Reiki Share. Practice and receive Reiki at a distance with other Reiki practitioners through a guided Reiki group offering. Connect with other practitioners in a supportive, online experience.
We meet the fourth Saturday of each month 8:30am – 9:30am MST, with these exceptions due to the holidays: May 18, November 30 & December 21, 2024.
This is a free offering, beginning with introductions and followed by a group guided Reiki Share experience.

Begin your journey to develop a deeper connection with Reiki for relaxation and greater well-being. You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki which includes: how Reiki works, Reiki history, the energy system, Reiki techniques for clearing and protection, practice hand placement for self and others, and establish the building blocks to begin a personal self practice. You will receive your Reiki Level One attunement enabling you to offer Reiki to yourself and others. While these classes are offered in-person in Helena, Montana, live online learning is available too. Upon registering, Michel will contact you for a phone consultation to answer any questions you may have.
Classes are offered the first Saturday of each month.
