This ride is specifically intended for new RE Open riders to build confidence and road experience. Confident learners are welcome however you will need to organise a supervisor to attend the whole ride with you.

This ride is capped at 20 people. If you are a learner and supervisor, please register indivudually.

This is a steady pace, speed limited ride to give opportunity for new RE Open riders to practice the mountain twisties and the 90klm flats in a supported group ride, plus it gives opportunity for a beautiful scenic ride. It is designed to experience a wide range of road and traffic conditions.

**8.30am** \- meet point is BP Narangba \(Intersection of New Settlement and Oakey Flat roads\)

**9.00am** – Stands Up, where we head to Dayboro via Narangba lookout, Theodore road and Dayboro road.

**Stop 1** \- Henry Bradley Park\, Laidlaw street Dayboro for a toilet break \(10 \- 15 mins\)

We then head down Lees Crossing road, Armstrong Creek road, Watson road, and Kobble Creek road.

We then turn right onto Mount Samson road and head to the far end of Old Mount Sampson road at Closeburn.

We then turn right onto Old Mount Sampson road traverse our way back to Mount Sampson road enjoying the tight right hand bend at Nixon rd on our way through.

At Mount Sampson road, we turn left and the turn right onto Winn road and head to Clear Mountain road, where we turn right and enjoy the scenic views of Lake Samsonvale and glimpses of the bay.

At the bottom of Clear Mountain road, we turn left onto Eatons Crossing road down to South Pine road and turn left. We follow South Pine road into Linkfield road into Telegraph road into Depot road and finally Board street.

**Stop 2** \- Deagon Sports grounds for a toilet stop and catch up \(10 \- 15 mins\)\.

We then get back onto Board street and head down to Rainbow street turning right into Palm avenue where we start our waterfront ride from Sinbad street at Sangate.

We then make our way around the waterfront and up to the top end of Flinders parade and head up to the Deagan deviation and cross Bramble Bay.

We then make our way past Clontarf beach around to Woody Point and then follow the waterfront up through Redcliffe and make our way to the Sea Salt and Vine for lunch at 12:00 approx. Where the ride will end.

Following speed limits and taking into acount traffic conditions this is about 2 hours of riding plus rest stops of up to 30 minutes total.

Corner markers are essential to keep the group together, if you are the rider behind the lead and a corner is indicated, you MUST stay near the corner and indicate to all the riders in the group, the direction of the turn, corner markers remain in place until the Tail End Charlie (TEC) arrives. The TEC's will be wearing high vis vests so you can't miss them.
Please note that some roads can be a bit bumpy in places, and all of the mountains can be quite a workout with sharp corners, please ride safely and at your own pace, we will wait for you no matter what!
This meet up group is simply an informal group of like-minded people who come together for a ride. It's not a formal organisation and therefore none of its organisers, co-organisers, event organisers, sponsors or members have any obligation to you or anyone you bring along. The group has no insurance and takes no responsibility for you or any other person's safety, property or actions. If you come to ride along, make sure your motorcycle is appropriately insured and you are appropriately licensed to operate your vehicle. All the Gear all the Time (ATGATT) is highly recommended. Riding in a group is no defense for breaking the law. You will be solely responsible for any fines or offences you incur. Your RSVP to this ride will be your acceptance to these terms. Don't be shy about letting other riders in the group know you're starting out... Oh and PLEASE HAVE FUN!!!! (That's compulsory) Looking forward to seeing you all there.
