The City of Hendersonville, NC Wellness Committee is sponsoring the 12th annual fun walk/run on Thanksgiving morning to get people moving before the eating begins. Bring the family, bring the dog for a walk/run through the streets of downtown Hendersonville. This is a non-sanctioned event – we’re here for fun and exercise. If you need your time – wear a watch. Event begins at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall, King St @ 5th Avenue side, and will happen rain, shine or ridiculously cold temperatures. The registration fee is $15 which includes a long sleeve t-shirt. If you don’t want a shirt, no registration fee is required- just show up and be part of the fun.
