Skinny Dip Falls; an exploration

We are the Sloth Hiking Group: “We will get there when we get there.”
I am going to explore the storm damage at Skinny Dip Falls; Up to 12 ppl are welcome to join me.
Hike Distance: 1.25mi; Total descent: 200 ft and ascent back.
NOTE: STORM DAMAGED TRAIL: Hazards may include: washed out bridges, landslides, eroded areas, muddy slippery footing, and downed clusters of trees.
Pace: 1.0mph – because I’m an ol’ Codger.
Difficulty: DIFFICULT Downhill inbound; roots & rocks trail. w optional water rock hop (@ the Falls). I HAVE NO INFO ON THE CONDITION OF THE TRAIL.
Masticating will be ‘in motion’.
Drive time: 20mi/25min 1-way
Apprx return time: 2 pm (=3.5hrs)
Carpool contributions appreciated. $2.00 suggested
We suggest masks and open windows while carpooling. Only you know your own health status so judge accordingly if an event may endanger your health or the health of others.

Please bring an extra pair of shoes to avoid bringing your muddy shoes into the driver's car at the end of the hike.
Incessant prattlers will be assumed to be having an affair. Obstreperous raucous yawping is discouraged.
THIS IS A DOG-PARTICIPANT HIKE. This event is NOT for those who are uncomfortable with the antics of fun-loving dogs. Well trained dogs (you don’t have to yell) can be 'off-leash'.

Geriatrics are asked to bring their own BP cuffs.
