At this month Food Club, we invite you to get ready to rejuvenate and detox your body and mind just in time for the festive season! 🎅🎉

In this workshop, we will delve into how specific foods can support your body's natural detoxification processes, helping to cleanse, renew, and energize. By focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods, we can give our liver, kidneys, gut, and other detoxifying organs the support they need to function optimally.
We'll cover these key points:
· The function of our primary Detox Organs
· What their roles are
· Why we should support them
· How we can support them
We'll also look at the Key Detox- Supportive foods and their benefits
This workshop will also provide hands-on experience with detox-supportive recipes and guide participants on how to incorporate these foods into everyday meals especially around the festive season and beyond...
We will focus on the 80/20 rule to make sure that we continually support our natural detoxification process without yo-yo dieting or swinging from binging to complete abstinence.
By supporting our body in this way we can maintain harmony and be able to sustain this healthy approach with ease.

You will experience a coaching hour focused on substituting foods and drinks that stress the body. Finally, we will enjoy a healthy and vibrant lunch to support both body and mind.

As we gear up for the festive season, we’ll treat you to a HEALTHY delightful hot mulled spiced wine 🍷✨, made from a traditional Nordic recipe!
You'll also have the chance to enjoy the food you create with a group of meaningful connections 🤝, while sipping on kefir teas and wine ☕. This is a light 'detox meal' so you can still eat later on if you have plans

About Kate:
Kate Tarratt Cross is a health coach and chef, with over 12 years experience. She is the personal chef to tennis champion Novak Djokovic. Trained in plant-based cooking, Kate is passionate about helping people discover the power of nourishment as preventative medicine. She encourages a plant-forward lifestyle where vegetables take the spotlight and animal protein are consumed as a complement, not the main focus.
