Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? Have you always wanted to run a 5K? Come join us on Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM to start a 9 week training from walking a mile to running 3.1 miles, a 5K. We will meet at the Conover YMCA and run the loop around the YMCA and then expand to Thornburg Drive. We will meet at the entrance to the walking track.

Notice all activities joined from this group are taken at the risk of the individual. Be sure you are fit and your health allows your participation. Be aware of traffic and take precautions while participating in this event. The group and its organizers are not liable to any injuries or accidents that occur during these events.
