Fancy Feast at the truly marvelous and hidden Wax Wing Cafe

So I feel this place is truly the epitome of a hidden gem and one of the inspirations for me to make this meet up group.
I think this is the best food in Western Mass and while it is a bit on the pricer side it is definitely a culinary experience.
I would like to try one of their themed events with everyone. This will be a tasting event with a pre-set menu and pre-set price. The theme of the event will be "A tasting of Autumn".
While the menu is still in the works(I will update the menu to here when they do!).
What to expect
* 6-9 course meal
* Fixed price of 100-130$ per person
* Wine pairing can be added for an extra 65$
* Amazing Autumn flavored foods

Atomsphere:
This place looks like a converted dinner. While the seating is neither rough nor fancy many people come dressed up due to the fact that many celebrations/anniversaries are had there. I believe they may only have 1-2 tables that seat 6 or more people.
