Christmas party 2024

We're excited 🎉 to announce the fun lineup for our Annual Christmas Party! 🎄 This year, we're shaking things up with some new activities 🎊 and a fresh location 📍. Even if you haven't been to a group gathering or hasn't been in a while we still want you to come and enjoy the epic Christmas ⛄ activities that we have lined up. We won't be having a crafting day in December.

December's crafting day has been hijacked by a party, so get ready to swap your glue gun for a party hat.

🧑‍🍳Potluck Lunch/Dinner:
To prevent us from turning this into a carnivorous feast or a sugar coma convention please let me know if you’re leaning towards bringing a meat dish, a side dish, beverage (none alcoholic) or a dessert. No need to nail down the specific dish right this second; we’re just trying to avoid a menu that’s either all brawn or all brownies. You’ve got time to decide on the dish, just give us a heads up on the category for now! The food doesn't have to be homemade if you aren't a cooker or just don't have time, store or restaurant bought is as fantastic as homemade.

🎁 Dirty Santa:
Participation is optional, but who wouldn't want in on the fun? The gift must be worth at least $15, can be either store-bought or a masterpiece of your own crafting, and it's gotta be wrapped up all pretty (no gift bags, cheaters!) with a tag that screams 'female,' 'male,' or 'unisex.' If your better half is game, bring two gifts - one for the gents and one for the ladies. And here's the kicker: when you get to unwrap your present, you'll be wearing a pair of oven mitts (courtesy of us, because we love a good laugh)! Sounds simple, right? Oh, it's not. It's a hilarious twist that'll make this gift exchange one for the books!

🍪 Cookie Exchange:
It's a Cookie Heist: Sneak in with 2 dozen cookies (your grandma's secret recipe or store-bought, we won't judge) and a tub to loot 1.5-2 dozen from the cookie potluck. Participation is optional, but let's be real, who wouldn't want in on this cookie extravaganza?

🎄 Ornament Guessing Game:
This year, we're shaking things up for our door prize! Imagine a tiny tree drowning in decorations, and you get to play tree psychologist by guessing how many ornaments it's wearing. Write down your best guess on a slip of paper. As the night winds down, we'll strip the tree bare, counting its glittering garments. The person whose guess is closest to the actual number of ornaments gets the door prize!

We're practically bouncing off the walls to party together and create some epic memories!! 💕
