CNC Fitness Hike

Join us for a fitness hike at CNC . The duration will be about 2 hours covering some difficult trails, about 5 to 6 miles with occasional breaks. We will meet at the first parking lot on your right as you enter (playscape) at the message board . There is a $10 fee to enter CNC or $45 for year pass . Please if you don't feel well stay at home and change your rsvp. What to bring: Water (be sure you are well-hydrated before the hike and carry plenty of water during the hike), hiking or trail shoes with good traction, trekking poles . Hike at your own risk . You are responsible for your own safety and enjoyment and agree not to hold Tri State Hiking and the leader liable for injuries, disappointments or challenges.
