Beautiful Afternoon Hike at Carter Park, ~5 miles

Let's get out and enjoy a beautiful afternoon hike. We will hike about 5 miles at a moderate/brisk pace around 3 mph. There is an option to exit the hike after about 3.4 miles. The hike has good sized hills with a couple of short steep sections. There could be some muddy trails so you may want to bring an extra pair of shoes. I do not recommend this hike for beginners. We will hike around some of the old Powder Company ruins near the river. You may want to bring water and trekking poles.
