During this approx. 60 minute walk on beautiful gravel/wooded paths, you will be guided to connect and heal your own energy, as well as noticing and honoring the powerful presence of nature, ancestors, and Spirit/God.

As we slowly explore both the landscape, we will make regular stops to breathe and acknowledge our energy centers, releasing anything not serving us.

You will leave feeling lighter, more calm, and may even have a new outlook or purpose for the days ahead.

$20 per person.
