Hiking and Forest Bathing in the Presidio + a Presidio Hts.,Architecture Cluster

If you like variety you will love this hike in the Presidio, with some Presidio history, a renown architectural cluster along Pacific Ave in neighboring Presidio Hts. and a half hour of Forest Bathing. If we move along a side trip to Tunnel Tops and a bite to eat maybe?
If you are new to Forest Bathing it is defined as a form of meditation where we let nature take over our senses, to bring us into nature's moment, surrounded by the natural world and sensing it and feeling it more deeply.
FB was pioneered in Japan where studies showed positive benefits in lowering blood pressure, stress levels and promoting stable mental and emotional health.
So take a long lunch today and get happy.

We want to find parking that does not have a 2 hour restriction. Next to the west side of the Presidio wall that runs along Pacific Ave. is less restricted parking. If you Google, "West Pacific Ave." that is the location to park.
We'll meet on the sidewalk at the corner of Spruce & Jackson St. which is on the east side of the Wall. Try Google maps and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask in the Comments below.
To Repeat: Meet on the sidewalk, at the intersection of Spruce St,& Pacific Ave. The hard part is finding unrestricted parking. Park on the west side of the Presidio Wall. The street there is called West Pacific Ave. where there is parking alongside the wall.
