Adrenaline Junkies, Thrill Seekers, Calif.Adventurers: Mt.Tam Awaits(yes,Mt.Tam)

Whoever thought good old Mt.Tam held these secret adventures.
Mt.Tam is beautiful, alluring and offers the peace and serenity those harried by hectic urban life seek, for stress relief and relaxation.
Not this time, not on this adventure. Mt.Tam shows it's other sides. It's wild, crazy nature, luring us into danger, in of some of its, hidden secret places, rarely if ever viewed or tread.
Sign-up and you won't be disappointed. You'll be doing something very few, if any, have done before. Yes it's dangerous, but not if you qualify as a true adrenaline junky, forgetting danger and throwing caution to the wind. You'll be in adrenaline junky heaven, from the drop in.
To heighten anticipation you're not being told what this is.
That's the reason for high rate being charged. Once you do this the majority will not need a guide again. And you will be able to do this again and again before you even have to repeat a location, which may take years before that happens. This activity will be cost less to you in the future. No special equipment, no "lift tickets", entrance fees, no long drives for a secret adventure of a lifetime. I've been hiking Mt.Tam steadily since 1995 that's my experience, belief and opinion based on the rush I get.
Once you sign up you'll be given instructions just before the event for gear needed, (minimal) nothing special,and given our meeting location and time to be on Mt. Tam.
If you've been an armchair adrenaline junky and you're not in top athletic shape but you can get out there and hike six miles with the best of them, you are physically capable of doing this adventure. If you are faint hearted, about things like: poison oak, ticks, etc., this is not for you.

One more proviso. Your guide is not like those that will be most attracted to this activity. He's was just a regular, frequent hiker. (Well now, maybe not anymore, after doing this.)
The point of this event is to introduce you to the activity, not do it at the highest levels. I'll leave that to you, in the future.
Maybe out of this initial introduction a group will form to pursue this. I wouldn't mind joining.

To keep anticipation levels high, keep question levels low, a minimum. The surprise of doing something completely new, that was in plain sight, in front us, all this time will be exhilarating, let it happen, don't over analyse it. Questions should be limited to logistics.
The event will not take place on State Park lands.
