You have probably seen CHAIR YOGA on the internet, but have you tried CHAIR YOGA? It is an amazing workout in so many ways. John & I have found it to be very helpful and hope others will benefit from trying it. Working with Rhofit & Deb, our delightful and talented instructor, we have set up 2 trial classes to allow interested folks to give it a try, knowing they can sign up for future classes if there is enough interest. So here are the details: Cost per person is 20 dollars cash per class, which will be collected at the class. The class is at 686 East Bullard Ave, Suite 102, Fresno CA 93710. You should arrive by 10:45 to get registered and settled into a chair. Class starts promptly at 11 & ends at noon. (Of course, we will discuss going somewhere for lunch/refreshments afterwards.)
Wear comfortable clothing, you will not need a mat or special clothes. As with all CVHG events you are signing up for a social outing, your RSVP indicates you agree to hold CVHG, its leadership, members & Rhofit harmless in the event of an incident.
Our instructor, Deb is also a new member of CVHG. Deb is an exceptionally well qualified yoga instructor with over 30 years experience. She is also trained in Reiki healing and incorporates various techniques into the class. You will adjust your workout to your ability level so it is appropriate for anyone who would like to participate. We learn so much and leave relaxed. Class size must be limited to no more than 15 people per class to ensure a quality experience. (But we may be able to offer this opportunity in the future.)
