Take a break from your day-to-day life by doing something different. Let's go horseback riding and BBQ in Tamsui (淡水) Welcome to join, and we also do some simple Taichi for taking a deep breath (belly and chest breathing)and stretching exercises.

13:30 Meet at Tamshui MRT station, and we’ll take a taxi or bus to get there

14:00 Arrival at Horse farm Tamsui, prepare the BBQ
and introduce yourself
14:00-15:00 Feed the horses or horseback riding
15:00-16:00 Barbecue and drinks
16:00-16:30 making friends Time games
16:30-17:00 Multi-activity time (Switch seats or Taichi Stretch)
17:00 ~ Bus departure
