Laragh, the Ridge & 3 crosses

A mid challenge hike of 14.5klm ,480m ascent.

All essentials as usual full waterproofs, Hiking boots .Gaiters, poles ,if you use them . Spare layer ,just in case .
Water/ drink & lunch / snacks
,we will take a break midway.
