**Since 1998, the European Film Awards celebrate and spotlight emerging talents from across Europe, with over 5,000 industry professionals voting each year to determine the continent’s finest films.**

This year, Festival Scope, in partnership with **the European Film Awards**, invites you to explore the incredible diversity of storytelling from Europe. This carefully curated selection of 12 short films, nominated for the prestigious European Short Film - Prix Vimeo, were handpicked after rigorous selection at top festivals from around the continent. Offering a captivating glimpse into the vibrant and varied cinematic voices of our time.

Travel through space and time with **THE VEILED CITY** by Natalie Cubides-Brady and **VALERIJA** by Sara Jurinčić, or witness how love transcends borders in **THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US** by Léo Fontaine and **AS IT WAS** by Damian Kocur and Anastasiia Solonevych.
