Hi everyone,

Please join me for a pre 2025 health walk and celebratory meal out after, before we all welcome in the New Year after too.

Let's meet from 4 pm in McDonald's, which is more-or-less across the road, from Salford Crescent train station, whilst I've since found out at the Old Fire Station is closed that week, reopening, in January 2025 instead.

We may leave around 4.30 pm to start the walk, which is suitable for all fitness levels, whilst it's all more-or-less level walking, that's around 2-3 miles in length, at a steady pace for us all.

You're welcome to bring your own hand held torches, for less dimmer areas in passing and dress according to the weather too.

Feel free to check out Henry Boddington's Festive Menu also, which is a set menu at £19.99 per head, and includes something that's suitable for everyone's diet also and great for me, as I'm certainly tempted by their vegan barbecue ribs there too:-

If you would like to come, that's great but if you find you can't come along after, please change your rsvp accordingly, as I will need to know a more accurate figure, as regards head-count, to give the restaurant for reserving an area for us, in their lovely restaurant for us all there too.
It is nice in their restaurant, as even though it's not an enormous room, it's cosy with still a nice autumn / wintery feel to it as well.
