**Update:** We have moved everyone to "Going." However, we are not sure there is parking for that many cars so ask that you **carpool**. Please plan to meet up at the Rood Center between 12:30 and 12:45 pm.

This hike combines several different trails while hiking up and about the south and west flanks of Round Mountain with some good views, especially at the Coyote Outlook.

* Trail length **5+ miles** (estimation)
* **700 feet** of elevation gain/loss.

**Notes**

* Meet at the intersection of Rector and Lake Vera Purdon roads - NOT Trailhead Rd. Parking is spread out along Rector road in either direction.
* Shoes with good traction recommended
* We aim to leave at 1 so plan to arrive a little earlier
* Well behaved dogs welcome
