Join me for some exercise Mission Beach and Bay. Let's meet at the front of the Santa Clara parking lot. This is at the dead end street after passing Olive's Cafe on Santa Clara Place. If you can't find parking there, there is usually parking to the left of Belmont Amusement Park as well as across the street from that lot. Go early to find parking.

We will walk along the bay for awhile, moving over to the boardwalk and up to -- and out on -- the pier, if it is open. Next, we will head back down along the ocean until it dead ends near the volleyball courts, winding around to the other side of the bay. We can aim for 22-minute ish miles since it is flat. That's 6 ish miles in two hours. I think last time it may have been a bit over 6 miles.

There will be an optional coffee stop outside at Olive's Cafe after our return. It's a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the beachy environment.

**Approximate Length of Hike: two ish hours plus optional coffee**
**Approximate Pace: Quick Pace (about 22-min miles depending on pacing of the group),**
**Estimated Difficulty Level: flat, moderate pacing**
**Meeting Time: meet at 7:50 a.m. Stepping off right at 8 a.m. Come early to find parking.**

**PARTICIPANTS: This is a ladies only group. No pets, children, or others hike with us. If a friend would like to join us on a hike, they must join the group. New members are always welcome!**

**YOUR CAPABILITIES: Read the entire hike description carefully. Know your limits. Sign up only if you feel the hike is doable as-described and bring all recommended materials and equipment. If you do not bring water or recommended equipment, you may not be able to continue on the hike, at the organizer’s discretion.**

**YOUR RSVP: Take your RSVP seriously. If you need to cancel, do so ASAP to make room for others and to aid the organizer. No Shows or those who cancel after the RSVP is closed, without direct contact to the organizer, risk being blocked from other hikes, at the organizer’s discretion.**

**COMMENTS SECTION: Please be kind and respectful to the organizers and other members. Keep your remarks related to the hike, such as arranging to carpool, asking for clarification, explaining change of RSVP, etc. If you have any other concerns, please contact the organizer directly.**

**LEAVING THE GROUP DURING A HIKE: If you want to go ahead of the group or need to leave the hike early, please alert the organizer. Let the organizer know when you’ve completed the hike if you finish ahead of her. If you leave the group/hike without notifying the organizer, you risk being blocked from future hikes.**
**DONATIONS: 100% optional and not required, your $5.99/year covers the basic costs to keep the meetup group up and running. Donations go towards special events such as the monthly birthday celebrations (gifts, raffle prizes), group giveaways and other enhancements to the group!**
