You must be in excellent physical condition and hiking on a regular basis to participate. THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Dress for the weather in non-cotton layers and wear hiking boots. Bring microspikes, water, lunch, snacks, and carpool $. No dogs please. Meet at Exit 9 Clifton Park P and R at 600am to carpool .Pit stop at Indian Lake Stewarts on way to trailhead. We can stop for food on the way home for those interested. We should be back to P and R mid evening but if you have plans for the evening I would not sign up for the hike. By attending you agree that You are responsible for yourself and are hiking at your own risk. Forecasted rain/snow? postpones the outing. My cell 5185773566 if needed.
