The Himalayan Tantra Men’s Healing Tribe is a group of men who are interested in cultivating and exploring erotic energy, understanding the spiritual dimensions of their sexuality, and enjoying connection and camaraderie with other like minded folks. We host daytime, evening, day-long and extended weekend gatherings to delve into these topics and share conviviality.
Our gatherings provide a safe and supportive environment for men to explore and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves. Join us as we investigate and play with transformative practices, including Meditation, Breath Work, Satsang, Nude Yoga, Conscious Touch and Play, and the awakening of our divine energies. Expand your consciousness, connect with like-minded souls, and share this powerful journey of self-discovery and integrated spiritual/sexual growth.
FACILITATION
Păo Shan, our teacher and facilitator, has been a yogi and meditation teacher for over three decades. He is also a lay-ordained Zen Buddhist Monk. He has dedicated his life to sharing the wonderful gift of Himalayan Tantra with fellow tantra seekers and students.
Many of us have never experienced intimacy as its own activity, rather than a prelude or foreplay to sex. While your body may become aroused during tantric practices, which is welcomed and natural, sex is neither the focus or the "goal." Intimacy can also involve personal vulnerability, so it's important that you can set and communicate boundaries with the group. Boundaries provide you with a container, where you can be relaxed and comfortable, while still exploring intimacy areas that may be new to you.
Group sessions are a creative mix of practices and sharing of non-sexual, but very sensual and erotic, intimate masculine energy, including shared nudity, while respecting and honoring our individual physical expressions. This is a judgment- and shame- free space.
Pǎo also offers private, 1-on-1 and couple sessions, in-person and online. A “session” is a discrete container of exploration of energy - that may be erotic, sensual, spiritual, or cerebral, or any combination of these. We create a space where trust underpins spontaneity and play. These sessions may also be completely different from session to session, even for the same person. The “object” of examination stems or originates in the individual’s relationship to his own sexuality, and has the intention of integration within the spiritual realm of consciousness.
