The Tantra Way embraces experimentation and abundance! This is a time for you to explore and share your masculine energy with like-minded men. Our intention is to form connections between our own spiritual and sensual/sexual journey, sharing and living that journey with other seekers.
We begin with a guided meditation to support personal and spiritual growth and healing. Each meditation session is dynamic and may include some of the following modalities: breath work, movement and mindfulness practices, inner vibration, and resonance work.
We continue with conscious touch and body exploration, lingam massage and group connection activities.
The session concludes with a sharing circle - a time that participants can offer what arose in their meditation, and connect with their inner voice, The tribe is there as a supportive mechanism. We neither criticize or endorse experiences shared with the group, but rather, hold a container of mutual trust and vulnerability to share our unique experience.

**Attendance fee is $15 and must be paid in advance when RSVP’ing.**

**Group Guidelines**
You must read and agree to observe all of the guidelines below when you RSVP. Anyone not following these guidelines during the event will be asked to leave, will forfeit their attendance fee, and will be subject to being banned from all groups in the Himalayan Tantra Men's Healing Tribe Network.

**1** **Membership**
Membership of this group is limited to male adults who are over the age of 21, were born with male anatomy, and identify as male. Sexual orientation is irrelevant, although it is very helpful that all participants are comfortable with the full spectrum of straight and gay men.
This is a supportive space where exploration and respect of personal boundaries, as well as curiosity outside usual comfort experiences and jumping into undiscovered territory is encouraged, supported, and welcomed.
**2** **How to interact**
Try to participate as much as possible. The tension and spark of the unknown is a wondrous gift to explore! Tantra is about experimenting, dancing, and playing with the spontaneous. Lowering your guard and allowing your ego and self-concepts to relax and take a break, without fear of judgment of any kind, is one of our key foundational principles. We ALL make sure EVERYONE feels safe and supported. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading or shaming comments about anything, including race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, body shape or physical attributes, are not part of the tantric way.
**3** **Respecting Privacy**
**All Sessions, whether in-person or virtual, are NEVER recorded, photographed or screen captured with any device or software program, unless explicit prior permission has been agreed upon by all parties.**
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. Mutual trust includes mutual respect. Asking permission and clear communication during activities is critical to fostering a supportive space. No stalking or disclosure of other members' personal information, whether inside or outside the group.
**4** **No using the group for self-promotion or hook-ups**
Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion and using the group as a network for potential customers or clients is not within this group’s design. This is not a group set-up for dating or hook-ups, although natural, intimate bonding and connections may arise between group members. These are to be greeted with joy, with an attitude of exploration, rather than possession.
**5 In Preparation for a Session**
It is important that you are as engaged and comfortable as possible during the session. Being open to new sensations and experiences with energized curiosity are key intentions to bring with you to the group.
I encourage you to shower, cleanse and brush your teeth beforehand and wear comfortable loose clothing (we are probably going to be naked anyway during the session). It is best if you are not carrying any strong smells such as aftershave, deodorant, perfume, or cigarette/tobacco smoke. Be aware of your body interacting in the space we are all intimately sharing. Please do not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol. These substances blur the perception and the ability to deeply receive and give tantric energy and drain life-force away from the body. Sessions are drug and alcohol-free events.
**6 Discretion**
Sessions are held in my private home, where my partner and I live. We enjoy a lovely neighborhood community. Please be respectful of our neighbor's driveways and common areas when parking and entering our home. You can park your car along the side of the street directly outside of our house, or along the left side of our driveway, leaving space for others to come and go.
