- Meditative Hike - Sai Kung to Ngong Ping Plateau LoopSai Kung Basecamp, Sai Kung
Vanessa is a certified meditation and Yoga teacher, and she will be leading you up to Ngong Ping Plateau with some time set aside for walking, love & kindness, manifestation meditation, and journaling. Total distance around 8KM
In case the weather is super windy, and Ngong Ping Plateau is too cold for meditation, we have alternative routes planned.
TLDR: 10:00 am start from Sai Kung Basecamp. If you RSVP’d and are not coming, please cancel so others may join.
When and Where to Meet: We will meet at 10:00 AM at Sai Kung Basecamp.
Note: I recommend bringing extra layers as temperature these days can be unpredictable.

What to Bring:
Dress for the weather though: layers is best (so you can take off as you warm up and put back on as you cool back down) including a jacket/windbreaker, warm hat, etc.
Good trail shoes
Journaling notebook (or on your phone)

From Sai Kung Basecamp we will hike up to Ngong Ping Plateau. We will take a more gentle but longer trail up and take the stairs down back to Sai Kung.Afterwards:
