Women's Circle: How to Release Limiting Beliefs

Details

Women's Circle: How to Release Limiting Beliefs. Releasing limiting beliefs is a powerful process that involves self-awareness, intention, and action. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you shift these beliefs and create space for growth:
1. Identify the Limiting Belief: Reflect on areas in your life where you feel stuck or unfulfilled. Ask yourself: What do I believe about myself in this situation? What stories am I telling myself that reinforce this belief? Common limiting beliefs might include "I’m not good enough," "I don’t deserve success," or "Change is too hard."
2. Examine the Origin. Trace the belief back to its roots: When did I first start believing this? Who or what influenced this belief (e.g., parents, society, past experiences)? Understanding its origin helps you see that the belief may not truly belong to you.
3. Challenge the Belief. Question its validity: Is this belief absolutely true? Can I prove it? What evidence exists to contradict this belief? Often, you’ll find that the belief is based on assumptions or outdated perspectives.
4. Replace It with an Empowering Belief. Create a new belief that supports your growth and well-being. For example, replace “I’m not good enough” with “I am capable of growth and learning.”
Write this new belief down and repeat it as an affirmation.
5. Use Visualization. Imagine a version of yourself who has already released this limiting belief. What do they look like? How do they act? What do they feel? Visualizing success helps to rewire your subconscious mind.
6. Take Small, Aligned Actions. Prove the new belief to yourself by taking small, intentional steps that align with it. If your new belief is “I am confident,” practice speaking up in small group settings.
Celebrate each success, no matter how small.
7. Use Tools for Deep Release. Journaling: Write out your limiting beliefs and burn or tear up the paper as a symbolic release.
Meditation: Use guided meditations for releasing limiting beliefs.
Shamanic Journeying: Connect with your spirit guides to gain insights and release old patterns. Energy Work: Practices like Reiki, tapping (EFT), or breathwork can help clear energetic blocks associated with the belief.
8. Surround Yourself with Support.
Seek out a supportive community, mentor, or coach who can help you stay accountable and reflect a more empowering perspective.
Share your progress with trusted friends or groups, like your Women’s Circle, for encouragement and guidance.
9. Practice Patience and Self-Compassion. Releasing deeply ingrained beliefs takes time. Be gentle with yourself as you navigate this process. Remind yourself that growth is a journey, not a destination.
10. Revisit and Refine.
-Periodically check in with yourself to see if any remnants of the old belief resurface.
-Use these steps again as needed to reinforce the new belief and release anything that no longer serves you.
-Would you like me to tailor this process further for a specific belief or integrate shamanic practices into the steps?

-Women's Circle Mission Statement:
We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
