As a Transformational Life Coach, I will share my expertise on subjects such as Self-Care, Stress Management, Emotional Agility, Mindfulness, etc. All while enjoying a walk through the beautiful Phoenix Park. It is now widely acknowledged that a connection to the natural world enhances our physical and psychological wellbeing. We will end our walk with coffee and some lighthearted chat.
Please meet at the car park of the visitors centre at least 5 minutes before the start time.
