What we’re about
We start with a grounding meditation in Shavasana, then do a couple of breathing exercises, one opening chant, to then move into some asanas for stretching. Afterwards we flow into a couple of sun salutations and some asanas for strength that are being held longer. We finish with a Yin meditation to activate the energy of surrendering into the present moment.
The goal is to relax and become more present as well as enjoy the pure power of creative embodied movement as well as stillness. This session will take place outdoor.
