Tuesday Meditation: Sending Love to Asheville, NC

Hello fellow well-being enthusiasts!

As many of you are well aware, our thoughts and feelings are very powerful and when we combine them with positive intentions, mountains can be moved in a very quantum way affecting our environment and everything and everyone we are connected to.

Join us this Tuesday for a 15 minute group meditation where we will focus on sending out love to assist Asheville, NC and those impacted by the Hurricane Helene.
