There's something fascinating about getting lost between the pages while you're on the move—whether it's on a train, bus, or plane.

I often find that I read more during my commutes than at home. With distractions fading into white noise, words can transport me through time and space.

Yesterday, a comic. Today, a verse in a poem. Tomorrow, perhaps, a piece of fact.

If you travel frequently or have a daily commute, you have the perfect opportunity to read, even for just a few minutes. Join us in this cozy journey by flipping pages (even on your e-reader) while on the train.

We will read together, in solitude.

1. Bring your book on the train and read.
2. Share your experiences and our go-to books for the "train ride" at our gathering on December 15th.

Join us for a Secret Santa for Book Lovers for the upcoming holiday season.

The idea is to gift a second-hand book (wrapped 🎁) that you have loved and would like to share with others. The only cost would be a small accompanying gift, such as a bookmark, stickers or chocolate bar, up to 20 HKD.

Please gift books that are in good condition.

We will exchange gifts at the Secret Santa event on Wednesday 18th Dec 2024 at Passione Cafe in Wanchai from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.

This will be an introvert friendly event, come join us for an evening of books and holiday cheer.

Remember to wrap the book and the small accompanying gift!

PS. Food is available at the cafe for those who decide to come after work.
