Yardleys Dungeons & Flagons

We'll be playing Dungeon Crawl Classics (DCC), a game of classic fantasy adventuring, loot-grabbing, questing for magical power and other such fun. It's easy to pick up if you're a novice to roleplaying games, pretty familiar if you've played D&D (though with some fun differences).

Each session is self-contained. Characters can carry over between sessions, but you don't need to attend every time.

If you need or want a new character anytime, there'll be a stack of "zero-level" character sheets available. These are part of DCC's unique "character funnel" method of character creation. You start off playing 4 ordinary inhabitants of a medieval-ish fantasy world, bond with them over the course of an adventure... and any that survive the session can be promoted to level 1 and start their career as a true adventurer!

All necessary materials will be provided. But if you can bring stationery and/or some of those weird polyhedral gaming dice, all the better.
