Hooverball Classes for Beginners

A little intimidated by Saturday hoov games? Come learn the ropes in these low-competition, highly supportive classes tailored to hooverball beginners. Our HOOV “OGs” will teach you:

1. The basic history & rules of the game
2. How to properly serve, catch, pass, block, and shoot to score
3. Functional training strategies for protecting your body from injury, both on and off the court
4. How to build confidence and mental toughness when it’s time to dig deep in those last few points of a close game

Then we’ll run through some short practice games to help you get the flow.
All ages, genders, skill levels welcome.
