Get ready for a journey into the way of the horse! When I got my first two horses 19 years ago, I had wanted them since the age of 5. I said to myself, “I’m going to do this right, train theses horses with goodness.” No more than six months later I came to the realization that the horses were training me!
Horses teach the subtleties of life, in relation to self and other. They invite clarity in our actions and a willingness to put the relationship first. There is no need for any prior horse knowledge to enjoy this space the horses and I have created. But it may bring a horse lover into new layers. All the play is done on the ground: eye to eye, heart to heart.
These horses have taught me things about myself in ways I never imagined. I’ve been conducting groups now for 17 years and it never gets boring. Personalities and horsenalities coming together for a rich experience designed to keep you in the moment and let you know yourself deeply.
