We've got a lot of ladies interested in pickleball in this group. So we are hosting Pickleball mornings for anyone in the group who wants to play pickleball at a park in Montrose. The park has tennis courts with 2 sets of pickleball court lines painted on one tennis court. And we have 2 portable pickleball nets that we can set up, so 8 people can play at a time. We've played a few times there and it works well, so we are making it a regular event.

We have a mix of experienced and beginner players in the group. There's always ladies there with experience to help newbies learn the rules and how to play better! :)

I have 4 pickleball racquets that I am happy to share if you don't have one. Other ladies usually have an extra racquet, too. (But bring your own racquets and balls if you have them).

**What to bring: exercise gear** (running shoes, shorts or leggings, T-shirt, jacket, etc.), **water, racquets & balls** (if you have them).

We meet at the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center on Gray Street because they have courts that aren’t usually busy on week day mornings. The courts are first-come, first served (no pun intended), so we might have to wait for a court. Depending on how many people come, some of us can play while others chat — and walk in the park while we wait if we want.

There are bathrooms and water fountains that are accessible inside the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center. The park has plenty of free parking in the parking lot of the Metropolitan Service Center off of Gray Street, and on the side streets around the park.

**After we play for an hour or so, we can go to get coffee at the nearby Panera Bread on Gray Street** (walking distance next door to the tennis courts at Gray and Dunlavy).
