What we’re about

Our local community of Airbnb Investors meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at Chadwicks in Old Town Alexandria. Attendees will receive access to our Airbnb Underwriting Tool and will learn about a new topic each month relating to how to start, expand, and manage your Airbnb portfolio, as well as networking with fellow Airbnb investors in our community.

This group is for those interested in learning how to buy and manage successful Airbnb properties. Whether you're looking to start your own Airbnb business or optimize your existing listings, this meetup is for you. Join our community of hosts, investors, and property managers to share strategies, tips, and experiences for maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. This meetup is being hosted by Peter Firehock and Brian Redway. Brian and Peter, founders of BNB Asset Advisors, are committed to helping Airbnb hosts reclaim their time while ensuring their properties remain safe and profitable. By streamlining day-to-day operations, optimizing bookings, prioritizing the guest experience, and implementing top-tier safety measures, they provide peace of mind for hosts.

Brian Redway is a seasoned Airbnb Property Manager with 70 units under management nationwide. Brian started managing properties in Old Town Alexandria back in 2021, and now also runs a private 1 on 1 coaching program for Airbnb hosts, as well as the author of Beyond the Booking: Mastering Short-Term Rental Management.

Peter Firehock is a lifelong resident of Alexandria Virginia, dedicated to giving back to his community. Peter recently graduated from Old Dominion University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance. and now works as an investment-focused realtor with BPG Residential and an Acquisitions & Capital Markets Associate with BPG Holdings, which is an investment fund that buys Multifamily in Virginia and Washington D.C., and Airbnb properties across the East Coast.
