The Zaching Running Festival features a 10K, 5K, and 1 mile walk to raise money for cancer research. Following the race there's free refreshments including oysters (please tip the shucker), served in a big party tent. The course is through the Turf Valley golf course.

I've run this race several years in a row and it's a very nice course followed by a fun event. This year it features a very nice premium puffy jacket for the runners; you must register by October 1 to be guaranteed the premium.

PLEASE NOTE that the start time is the actual race time for the 10K. You should plan to arrive earlier.
